Debbie Mitchell

Debbie has a background as a senior HR generalist with experience across a diverse range of organisations that include FMCG manufacturing, supply chain, retail, public sector and support service organisations. She has led and supported significant business change projects in the UK and internationally, particularly across the Americas and European regions, and has developed a strong skill set in change management, employee engagement, organisation development.

More recently, Debbie has been working with a variety of clients – including pharmaceutical, service, utilities and publishing – to support development of their organisational  and individual capabilities.

Debbie has a keen interest in supporting her clients’ business strategies through the development, engagement and involvement of their people. She has a strong change management focus, and brings an enviable toolkit to any business change scenario.

Debbie is an experienced and flexible facilitator and a qualified coach, and works effectively with teams and individuals from the shop floor to the executive board. In addition, she is a coach to a number of clients at various organisational levels, and actively supports the development of others at work.

Debbie has developed and run talent management, assessment and development centre processes, working to identifiy and optimise high potential and key talent in organisations, whilst minimising succession planning risks.

Debbie’s key areas of focus are individual and organisational development, change management, employee engagement, talent management and coaching.
