Diane is a chartered, experience business partner whose career spans challenging and high profile FMCG organisations. Holding senior HR positions within large multi-national and family run businesses, Diane has worked with a broad spectrum of senior leadership teams in both highly unionised and non-unionised environments. She has played a key role in transformational change programmes that have included merger, acquisition, and downsizing. Following a successful career in the FMCG industry, Diane established herself as a business consultant in 2013 and has continued to operate successfully by delivering tangible business benefit for customer organisations, particularly with retained SME clients.
Diane is passionate about finding workable solutions to business challenges, large and small that enhance individual contribution and thereby overall business performance. Her key areas of focus are engagement; performance management; leadership development; change management (including employee relations) and talent development, particularly emerging talent in the Food Industry.
