Emily’s early career in retail management inspired her passion for helping people to develop and achieve their aspirations. In her corporate roles in Learning and Organisational Development, spanning over 15 years, she successfully designed and implemented learning strategies to drive business change, managed a team of L&D professionals and facilitated a wide variety of leadership, team and individual development options.
Emily is an engaging, creative and perceptive coach and facilitator. She works with groups and individuals to build leadership, personal and interpersonal capability and is highly effective at balancing support with challenge to encourage high performance.
Career Coaching is a particular specialism; enabling people to achieve greater fulfilment in their working life by gaining clarity on what they really want and creating a plan to make it happen. She is skilled at helping others to develop self-awareness, get to the nub of an issue and identify solutions, and build commitment and courage to take action.
