Following a successful and varied career in the Royal Navy, Julie effectively combines 20 years’ hands-on leadership and management experience with over a decade as a coach and facilitator focusing on individual and team behaviour change. She has worked with Executives, Directors, Senior and Middle Managers from blue chips to SME’s and across all industries. Organisations include Tesco, Mars, Carphone Warehouse, BT, HJ Heinz, National Grid, NG Bailey, Santander, Hydro Building Systems, RBS, Lloyds, Dairygold, NPower.
Julie’s key areas of focus are leadership development, personal development, team-work emotional intelligence, and resilience, delivered through facilitation, team coaching and one to one executive coaching. She particularly enjoys working with technical experts to become outstanding in their leadership and management role by developing their self-awareness, increasing their personal impact and building strong, trusting relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
