Shauna is the former Director of Human Resources at Yorkshire Water where she worked for 11years. She undertook a number of senior HR roles and most recently, as group HRD, had responsibility for all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Previously she held senior learning and development roles in telecoms as well as four years working as a freelance HR consultant in both the public and private sector.
Shauna is well respected within utilities and is at ease with implementing development interventions that support a safe and healthy culture. She is regularly asked to share her thoughts on the business benefits of creating diverse and inclusive cultures to create high performing teams. Shauna is passionate about creating a business environment where people can be open and honest, are respected for who they are and the contribution they bring, ultimately leading to a successful organisation.
Shauna’s twenty plus years career in HR ensures that she can support individuals and organisations with a variety of short and long-term challenges.
Shauna made a lifestyle change in June 2017 and now operates as a HR consultant.
