Sue’s passion is helping individuals to realise their potential, whatever direction this may take. A qualified coach, trained in NLP and psychometric tools, Sue combines her training with practical recruitment and assessment centre experience to facilitate change with clients. Her supportive approach encourages exploration of options, recognition of strengths and development of self-confidence, underpinned by practical steps towards the client’s objectives.
Sue gained her experience from a range of senior roles in the areas of recruitment, training and human resources. Sue has worked with senior Managers in the public and private sectors and has extensive experience within the automotive and healthcare sectors. Sue also brings practical experience of working with under-represented groups to develop self-confidence and improve diversity at board level.
Sue is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring with additional qualifications in assessment, recruitment, coaching and training. Sue also provides careers advice and runs workshops for various education establishments and mentors young people into employment.
